You can request deletion of your TST data at any time.
How to request deletion
Email us at al.zol@terrasora.com with:
1) Subject line: TST Data Deletion Request
2) The messaging channel you used (WhatsApp or Instagram)
3) Your account identifier (phone number for WhatsApp, or your Instagram profile link/handle)
4) Optional: “Delete all data” or specify a subset (e.g., “Delete deal history only”)
What we delete
We will delete message content you sent directly to TST and the associated deal/reminder records stored for your account, except where retention is required for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
Timing
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days.
