TerraSora Tracker (TST) is a TerraSora Learn project. Status: in development / testing.
This Privacy Policy explains how TST handles information when you message TST through supported messaging channels.
What we collect
We collect the content you send directly to TST (for example: deal details, follow-up notes, reminders you request), and related metadata such as timestamps, message identifiers, channel identifiers, and your account/platform identifier for routing and reply purposes.
Why we collect it
We use this information to provide deal tracking, reminders, and reporting features inside chat.
What we do not do
TST does not monitor your private conversations with your customers. It only processes messages you send directly to TST.
Retention
We retain your data until you request deletion, or for up to 365 days after your last interaction with TST, whichever comes first, unless a longer period is required to comply with law or resolve abuse/security issues.
Your choices & rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time. See the User Data Deletion page.
