Service description
TST helps sellers track deals, follow-ups, and reminders using messages sent directly to TST.
No warranties
TST is provided “as is” and “as available.” Because TST is in development/testing, features may change or be unavailable. You are responsible for verifying important information (dates, amounts, customer details).
Acceptable use
Do not use TST for unlawful activity, abuse, harassment, or to transmit content you do not have the right to share. Do not attempt to interfere with or reverse engineer the service.
Data and privacy
Your use of TST is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TST and its operators will not be liable for lost profits, lost deals, missed reminders, or indirect/consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TST after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
